Sauce is a dashboard-driven Discord bot system that helps server owners manage moderation, tickets, temporary voice channels, economy, custom commands, analytics and server styling through one cohesive interface.
Status:
Late prototype, moving toward stable 1.3.0 release
Context:
Discord servers often rely on multiple bots, scattered slash commands and inconsistent dashboards. This makes server management fragmented, especially for owners who need moderation, tickets, roles, temporary voice channels and activity tools in one place.
Problem:
- Non-technical users need safer ways to configure complex systems.
- Server owners need too many separate bots.
- Configuration often happens through commands instead of visual controls.
- Permissions, logs, tickets and role systems are difficult to manage.
- Existing bot dashboards often feel inconsistent between modules.
The goal was to design a modular management platform where complex Discord administration could be handled visually through a dashboard instead of scattered commands.
How it works?
Sauce combines three connected layers:
- a Discord bot handling server actions,
- a web dashboard for configuration,
- a database layer storing server settings, panels and activity data.

Outcome
Sauce is currently in late prototype development, with version 1.3.0 planned as the first stable release. The project already includes a working bot, dashboard, OAuth login, modular configuration system and versioned changelog.
Reflection
The Sauce is an attempt to make a admin’s control panel more accessible to new users. Meanwhile expanding possibilities for advanced developers.
